'The Big Questions' is an original documentary series where we explore the relationship between faith and mental health. The series is aimed at young people aged 16-24 and provides insight into common mental health issues, as well as providing practical tips on how to cope. Episode 1 deals with anxiety - We all get anxious thoughts sometimes, but how do we know when those thoughts begin to affect our daily lives? This episode's expert, Counsellor - Psychotherapist Becky explains how anxiety shows up in the body as well as how to manage it. We cover topics such as mindfulness and panic attacks while exploring key verses in the Bible relating to anxiety.
